This picture has nice soft Blue colors and background.
It is a nice image for Ephemera and Cards because the image can still be seen clearly when printed in those sizes.
It will go well with

You could remove the frame and fade the edges out to blend it into the brown colors of your paper.

During the late 18th century Britannia was a popular subject in England.
She was in many English crafts where images were used.
Britannia is seen embroidered here in satin on the top right.
I included a close up of this (below) so you can see the details.
