Butcher delivering meat on horseback

 I'm curious why the butcher's horse has no tail hair.
Maybe the horse stays in a small stall.
Maybe the horse wore it off slapping at flies.
The saddle rack for carrying meat is also interesting.
It appears to be designed so the butcher doesn't have to dismount to make a meat delivery.
It is probably in front of him so he can protect it from any dogs that might want a free sample :)

Vintage Ad with Bicycles

 This vintage card is an ad for dog biscuits.
It is also a tool for remembering the musical term
"Allegro" - to play music fast, quickly and bright.
The idea behind the ad is that if the card was pretty (Gold frame edge) &
it helped children learn musical terms; then mom's would remember the ad
and give the card to the children.
Or,
as was popular at the time;
the card would be placed in a scrap book.
Scrap books were often shown and shared with friends.
Each time the scrap book was shown to a friend the ad was seen again.

White Bear Ad

 White Bear Vintage Ad 

This cool bear can be printed using less ink.
If you don't know how to use masks or the magic wand tools in your photo editing software,
(or it doesn't have those things)
you can still print less black ink by using the paint bucket tool found in most picture editing programs and apps.
Just switch the bucket color to white and tap the black background.
I checked, and the white bear has enough color that it still stands out well with a white background. 

You do not have to have complicated photo editing software, apps, or subscriptions to still
enjoy printing ephemera, junk journal pages, and other fun paper items.
