Three Putti with a Fishing Net

This Round drawing features four Putti playing in a water garden.
The title is "Three Putti..." but if you look in the upper right of the Circle
you will see a fourth little Putti / Cherub pouring water from a jug!

Since this Circular illustration is cropped close to the edge; when you print it out,
you can set your printer to print to measurements that are the nearest size of your round punch or cutting guide.

If you don't have a punch or other guide try this:
Round cookie cutters or metal bells with handles make great guides for drawing and cutting circles.
Because they usually don't have thick rounded edges;
they sit flat on the surface and have a clean edge that "sits" well on the paper.
This gives you a way to easily press down hard on the paper (to keep it from moving), while the handles help keep your non-dominant hand out of the way while you trace or cut around the shape outline with a craft blade.

Silhouette of Fox Hunters on Horseback

This silhouette shows Fox Hunters on Horseback.

The Smithsonian has not yet included a high resolution download.
The Smithsonian has listed this image as CC0 so it is in the public domain.
Since it is CC0 you can right click the image (via the hyperlink above) and copy the screen image.
The resulting copy should do fine for online use.
(The image is only 72ppi so will have jagged edges if printed)

I experimented with Windows 10 "Snipping" tool.
(on keyboard press: Windows Key + Shift + S)
I cropped the picture by clicking and dragging the mouse.
A small auto pop-up stated "Snip saved to clipboard. Click here to markup and share the image".
Clicking took me to the "Snip and Sketch" (included in Windows 10).
I clicked the three ellipses on the top right, selected "print",
In the print pop-up I left the defaults alone and hit the "print" button at the bottom.
The resulting print wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad.
The image printed was 6 3/4" x 4 1/2"
I enlarged the image by photocopying and ended up with an image I can use to make a stencil.
Actually, I am more interested in making a stencil of just the trees :)

Wreath of Holly Leaves with Candles and a Tree

This would make a unique Christmas Card.
Using a photo editing software to erase the handwritten notes will make the image dramatic.

Decorative Panel with Flowers and Wreaths

These Panels feature a vase of flowers in a pattern called "The Tree of Life".
Looks like a heart to me :)

Urns were a common theme included in classical artwork as well as the decades just before and after 1900.
Because the urn is with "The Tree of Life"; it is likely a symbol celebrating life.

(If you would like to read a short piece about how urns were seen as positive images;
I found a great explanation on the "Bienenstock Furniture Library".)

Antique Shop Sign in the Shape of a Key

This wooden shop sign has a nice outline of an antique key.
It can be used as it is or make it into a silhouette.

Try printing it in high contrast
(on a laser printer or a copy machine is best)
and using the print as a transfer in Gelli prints.

A Song about Isaac

This image and music was made around 1275.
The picture shows Isaac asking Esau to bring him food from hunting.
The blue background has delicate etchings that bring to mind stars, and also ice.
